In all seriousness the main thing that is a hot topic in the blogs coming from Albania is the capital city of Tirana, which I had the chance to visit one time and I have to admit it is quite nice. The main topic seems to be primarily about traveling to and around Albania.

Many people would be surprised that Twitter has not caught on as much in Albania as it has in other parts of the world. Many people do not realize that the country is coming out of being in a deep communist state. Albania only decided to join the rest of the EU in the early 1990's.

For this reason there is not really a whole lot to blog about in Albania, but with each day that passes that brings the country one step closer to becoming a full member of the blogiverse. Let me go on the record as being the first person to welcome Albania to the wonderful world of blogging.
